MEET THE TEAM


JENNA WITTBOLD, Owner and Executive Event Planner, a South Florida native with a lifelong passion for planning, Jenna is the visionary behind Your Sparkling Event. With over a decade of experience in hospitality and event management, Jenna brings unmatched expertise and enthusiasm to every celebration she curates.

She is the former Chairman of the Board and past President of the National Association of Wedding Professionals (NAWP) of the Palm Beaches—roles that underscore her leadership and dedication to excellence in the industry.

Jenna grew up in Palm Beach Gardens and attended The Benjamin School before earning her Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality with a concentration in Event Management from Appalachian State University in Boone, North Carolina. Her career began with a prominent wedding planning firm in South Florida and continued at the prestigious Lost Tree Club in North Palm Beach, where she honed her skills in catering and event coordination.

Before launching Your Sparkling Event in 2011, Jenna also spent eight years at The Benjamin School as Alumni Relations and Special Events Manager. There, she specialized in community engagement, donor relations, fundraising, and large-scale event production—including galas, donor dinners, and multitude of events. Her nonprofit expertise includes a strong command of event-specific platforms like OneCause and GiveSmart.

With deep roots in the Palm Beach community and a strong background across weddings, galas, corporate events, and nonprofit functions, Jenna offers clients a seamless, personalized planning experience that truly sparkles.

KIM HAASE, Senior Event Planner & Operations Manager, brings a wealth of experience and enthusiasm to Your Sparkling Event as our Senior Event Planner and Operations Manager. Originally from New Jersey, Kim fell in love with Florida—and quickly found her place on our Palm Beach-based team after a serendipitous meeting with Jenna.

A graduate of Rowan University, Kim began her career in hospitality at The Crowne Plaza and later advanced to the role of Wedding Sales Manager for an independent venue. Her background includes years of hands-on wedding planning, and she continues to expand her expertise in weddings, corporate and nonprofit events.

Kim’s true passion lies in creating beautifully executed celebrations, and she lives for every sparkling detail. Her warm personality, sharp eye for logistics, and client-first approach make her an invaluable part of our team—and a joy for clients to work with.

 

ALLISON HARPER, Senior Event Assistant, has always had a natural talent for planning and a passion for people. A Florida native born and raised in the Panhandle, she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality from Florida State University, setting the foundation for a career dedicated to exceptional events.

Her journey began at the iconic Breakers Palm Beach, where she discovered her calling in the world of event planning. From there, she expanded her experience at Admirals Cove Country Club, managing a wide range of events including weddings, corporate gatherings, and nonprofit fundraisers for the Admirals Cove Foundation.

With a bright and bubbly personality and a sharp eye for detail, Allison thrives on supporting clients and the team in bringing every element of an event to life. Her energy, professionalism, and commitment to excellence make her an essential part of Your Sparkling Event.

LYNN MORRIS, Senior Event Assistant, with over 15 years of experience in the events industry, Lynn brings unmatched versatility and behind-the-scenes expertise to Your Sparkling Event. From high-end weddings and nonprofit galas to pharmaceutical conferences and trade shows, Lynn’s background spans a wide range of event types, giving her a unique edge when it comes to logistics and flawless execution.

Most recently, she has worked with prestigious venues like the Opal Grand in Delray and Jupiter Beach Resort & Spa. Known for her calm under pressure and problem-solving skills, Lynn is a go-to expert on event day—tackling challenges with grace, speed, and professionalism.

Highly efficient and an exceptional team player, Lynn thrives on connecting all the logistical pieces to help build seamless, stunning events.

MARION BORBON ANDRIOLA, Senior Event Assistant, has been an integral part of Your Sparkling Event for over a decade, contributing her expertise to the successful execution of exceptional weddings, corporate events, and social gatherings. With more than ten years of experience in event planning and hospitality management, Marion is known for her meticulous attention to detail and commitment to client satisfaction.

She holds both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Business Administration, with a specialization in Hospitality Management. This strong academic foundation, combined with hands-on experience, enables Marion to deliver events that are not only flawlessly organized but also thoughtfully curated to reflect each client’s unique vision.

Marion is a trusted professional in the industry, respected for her ability to manage complex logistics with ease and ensure a seamless guest experience. Her dedication and strategic approach make her a valued partner in creating memorable and meaningful events that leave a lasting impression.

LAURA MAIRANO, Senior Event Assistant, is a proud Florida native based in the picturesque town of Jupiter, Laura brings over 14 years of diverse event experience to Your Sparkling Event. She holds dual Bachelor’s degrees in Hospitality and Event Management from the University of Central Florida—an academic foundation that perfectly complements her practical, hands-on expertise.

Laura’s career began with corporate events at the JW Marriott in Orlando, followed by key roles in catering, audiovisual, university events, and the energy sector. Upon returning home, she served as an Event Manager at the renowned PGA National Resort & Spa, further expanding her portfolio to include weddings, galas, conferences, and more.

Known for her professionalism and attention to detail, Laura is passionate about creating meaningful, well-executed experiences. Her well-rounded background and love for the industry make her a vital asset to every event we produce.

CYDNEY LAFORE, Event Assistant, graduated from High Point University in North Carolina with a Bachelor's degree in Event Management, complemented by minors in Business Administration and Marketing. During her undergraduate years, she gained hands-on industry experience as an Events Intern at a local luxury country club, where she developed a deep understanding of event planning and client service. This combination of academic training and real-world experience solidified her passion for crafting seamless and meaningful event experiences. Cydney is enthusiastic about being part of a team that brings diverse client visions to life, creating unforgettable moments with every event.

WHITNEY STEWART, OneCause Data Entry Specialist, brings nearly a decade of volunteer experience to this specialized role. For nine years, she actively supported her son's elementary school, working closely with the Development Office across a variety of fundraising platforms—her favorite being OneCause. When her son moved on to a new school, Whitney continued her fundraising efforts by serving on the Foundation’s Board of Directors as Vice President of Fundraising, using her OneCause expertise to support academic initiatives.

Today, Whitney channels her experience into supporting our nonprofit clients behind the scenes. She manages data entry for silent and live auctions, raffles, and bidder activity, ensuring platforms remain efficient, organized, and user-friendly. Her keen attention to detail and passion for fundraising help clients make the most of their events.

KATIE MADYUN, Graphic Designer, born and raised in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, Katie is a talented Web Developer and Graphic Designer who brings a wealth of experience to Your Sparkling Event. Before joining our team, Katie worked with a broad range of clients, from global corporations and brands to local small businesses and nonprofits. Her extensive portfolio spans industries such as law, fashion, medical, and insurance, with her work featured at renowned venues like The Breakers, The Mar-a-Lago, and in Palm Beach Society Magazine.

Katie is also the Director of Strategic Partnerships for Student ACES and the proud owner of Jupiter Family Fun. Her previous collaborations include projects with Little Smiles, Student ACES, Curetivity for The Eric Trump Foundation, Jupiter Medical Center’s Gala, and Catholic Charities. Behind the scenes, Katie plays a vital role in advising our team, ensuring that we deliver unique, high-quality designs with the utmost value for our clients.

MORGAN EVERS, Graphic Designer, a North Palm Beach native, brings a wealth of experience in design, communications, and marketing to Your Sparkling Event. Although she majored in Psychology and minored in Criminology at Florida State University, Morgan found her true passion in the non-profit sector, where she has dedicated almost 20 years to supporting organizations with their outreach, branding, and fundraising efforts.

After spending the last decade working in non-profit event planning, Morgan discovered her love for creating visual identities and branding materials that raise awareness and promote successful events. Her expertise lies in crafting impactful designs that elevate every aspect of an event—from promotional materials to event branding and fundraising campaigns.

In addition to her work with Your Sparkling Event, Morgan is the founder of FINACIOUS, a consulting business that partners with local and statewide clients to drive positive social change and influence.
